Recipe Description

This creamy cranberry chicken salad combines tender chicken, crunchy celery, tangy mustard, and sweet dried cranberries—all wrapped in fresh tortillas with spring greens for a perfect bite.

Directions:

  1. Slice chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, & MSG. Sautee on medium heat until cooked.
  2. Remove from heat and use a food processor to shred the chicken. (or you can finely dice the cooked chicken if you don't have a food processor)
  3. Allow chicken to cool then add to a medium sized mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, dill, dried cranberries, onions, & celery.
  5. Stir until mixture is homogenous.
  6. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  7. Place in a tortilla, top with spring greens, roll, & enjoy.
