Directions:
- Add onions and 2 Tbsp water to large sautee pan, cook over medium heat until onions begin to turn translucent.
- Move onions to one side and coat pan with liquid butter substitute.
- Add Hash browns and spray the remaining butter substitute on tops of hash browns.
- Slice sausage into thin slices and add to onion.
- Allow hash browns to cook over medium heat stirring occasionally.
- Once hash browns begin to brown combine all ingredients in pan & move to one side.
- Add scrambled eggs to other side of pan and cook until done.
- Mix it all together, top with hollandaise sauce, serve warm.
