Recipe Description

This protein-rich egg scramble brings together diced sausage, smoky ham, and crunchy peanuts for a bold and satisfying breakfast. Seasoned to taste and cooked to perfection, it’s a flavorful fusion that’s perfect for mornings when you want something hearty and a little unexpected.

Directions:

  1. Weigh out ham and slice sausage.
  2. Crack eggs into a bowl add milk and scramble.
  3. Add ham and sausage to skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Measure out peanuts and crush them. (I put them in a Ziploc bag and use a frying pan to crush them)
  5. Add eggs and peanuts to skillet and cook on medium heat until done. (I know this sounds weird but trust me its delicious)
  6. Top with cheese of choice, serve, & enjoy.

Recipe History

Egg scrambles have long been a breakfast staple across cultures, prized for their versatility and ease. This version adds a creative twist by combining traditional breakfast meats—sausage and ham—with peanuts, which are often used in Southeast Asian cuisine to add texture and depth. The result is a fusion-style dish that’s both comforting and adventurous, perfect for those who love bold flavors in the morning.
