Directions:
- Weigh out ham and slice sausage.
- Crack eggs into a bowl add milk and scramble.
- Add ham and sausage to skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
- Measure out peanuts and crush them. (I put them in a Ziploc bag and use a frying pan to crush them)
- Add eggs and peanuts to skillet and cook on medium heat until done. (I know this sounds weird but trust me its delicious)
- Top with cheese of choice, serve, & enjoy.
