Recipe Description

Tender chicken breast tossed with sweet mandarins, crunchy cashews, crispy wonton strips, and fresh veggies—all drizzled with tangy honey mustard dressing.

Directions:

  1. Season & slice chicken breast, cook on medium heat until done.
  2. Add spring greens to medium sized salad bowl.
  3. Place cashews into a Ziploc bag, crush the nuts. (I crush them with the edge of a sautee pan but you can pretty much use anything)
  4. Drizzle honey mustard on top of the greens.
  5. Add the tomatoes, cashews, carrots, mandarins, & wanton strips.
  6. Mix it up and enjoy!

This salad reflects the growing trend of combining bold flavors and diverse textures in health-conscious, easy-to-make meals.
