Tender chicken breast tossed with sweet mandarins, crunchy cashews, crispy wonton strips, and fresh veggies—all drizzled with tangy honey mustard dressing.
Directions:
- Season & slice chicken breast, cook on medium heat until done.
- Add spring greens to medium sized salad bowl.
- Place cashews into a Ziploc bag, crush the nuts. (I crush them with the edge of a sautee pan but you can pretty much use anything)
- Drizzle honey mustard on top of the greens.
- Add the tomatoes, cashews, carrots, mandarins, & wanton strips.
- Mix it up and enjoy!
